Either party may terminate services with prior written notice as per the agreed terms. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due and all access rights to Minisoft systems or solutions will be revoked.

Minisoft may use third-party software or platforms to deliver certain services. We are not liable for issues arising from the use or performance of third-party tools unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
10. Modifications
Minisoft reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
